4. Payments

5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Internal processes
- Templates
- Software
- Proprietary tools
- Methodologies
- Pre-existing intellectual property
We may display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Marketing campaigns may use third-party platforms such as search engines, social media networks, analytics providers, email marketing services, and advertising platforms.
Logic Hive is not responsible for:
- Platform outages
- Algorithm changes
- Account suspensions by third parties
- Policy changes affecting campaign performance
7. Marketing Performance
Digital marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control.
We do not guarantee:
- Specific search engine rankings
- Sales volumes
- Revenue increases
- Advertising approvals
- Lead quantities
- Business growth
We commit to using commercially reasonable efforts and industry best practices.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for purposes related to the project.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logic Hive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an agreement in accordance with the applicable service agreement.
Outstanding balances remain payable after termination.
11. Website Availability
We strive to maintain website availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
12. Changes

13. Governing Law
