At Logic Hive, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and technology services. Because many of our services involve time, expertise, and customized work, refunds are handled according to the following policy.
1. Consultation Fees
Consultation fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
2. Website Design & Development
- Deposits are non-refundable once project work has commenced.
- If a project is cancelled before work begins, eligible payments may be refunded, less any applicable administrative or payment processing fees.
- Completed milestones that have been approved by the client are non-refundable.
3. SEO Services
SEO is an ongoing service and results cannot be guaranteed.
Payments made for completed months of SEO services are non-refundable.
4. PPC Advertising
Management fees are non-refundable once campaign setup or management has begun.
Advertising budgets paid directly to advertising platforms are subject to those platforms’ policies and are generally not refundable through Logic Hive.
5. Social Media Marketing
Payments for completed content creation, advertising management, or campaign execution are non-refundable.
6. Branding & Graphic Design
Once design concepts or creative work have been delivered, payments for those services are non-refundable.
7. Subscription Services
Monthly service plans may be cancelled according to the terms of your service agreement.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not create a refund for services already delivered during the current billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Exceptional Circumstances
Logic Hive may, at its sole discretion, consider partial refunds or service credits where appropriate, including in cases of duplicate payments or billing errors.
9. Chargebacks
If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute. We will work in good faith to resolve billing concerns promptly.
